RULES AND INFORMATION
REGISTRATION: For the safety and protection of everyone, all guests and their visitors are required to register at the front desk before entering the premises. Unregistered visitors may be prosecuted for trespassing.
During registration, each guest must present a valid original passport or photo ID (Khmer).
We reserve the right to verify the information provided during registration.​

CANCELLATION: To avoid any fees, please cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
If you cancel or modify your reservation within 24 hours before the arrival date or fail to show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
We have a strict no-refunds policy in the event of early departure or for any other reason.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The minimum check-in age is 18 years old.
The check-in time is from 2.00 pm.
We cannot guarantee early check-in requests, and additional charges may apply before 11:00.
The check-out time is before 11.00 am.
If you check out after 11.00 am, a daily fee will be charged.
The full cost of accommodation must be paid upon arrival (upon check-in).

PAYMENT: To gain access to the room, every guest is required to pay at check-in.
If the guest is not able to pay at this time he/she must leave his/her passport as a deposit.
We accept payments in CASH (both riels and dollars, with a conversion rate of $1=4000 riels), CARD (Visa or Mastercard, with a charge fee of +3%), as well as BANK TRANSFER (local bank KHOQ, or Revolut direct transfer via QR code, with no fee).

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE/BEDS: If you need an additional bed or if there will be an extra person beyond the stated quantities, an additional charge per person, per bed, per night will apply. However, the availability of accommodation for extra people/beds is not guaranteed by the hostel.

DAMAGED AND LOST PROPERTY: Guests will be responsible for any damaged or lost items in the room during their stay, caused by them or their visitors, and will be billed to their account if the situation occurs.
Damage or stains to linens and towels that we must put in the trash will result in a charge for replacing the damaged item, including by makeup, marker, blood, oil, or hair coloring products.

SMOKING: All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in specific outdoor areas.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the rooms or the dormitories.
If you smoke in the room during your stay, a cleaning and deodorization fee of $100 will apply.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: No alcohol is allowed in rooms or dormitories.
Alcohol is only allowed in the lounge area where it is sold at the bar.

STRICTLY DRUG-FREE PREMISES: We do not tolerate any drug-related activity. Anyone caught using or in possession of an illegal substance will be deported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We appreciate and encourage police to conduct random patrols of our facilities to protect our customers and our property.

ZERO TOLERANCE PARTY: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and neighbors, a no-party policy applies to all guests staying at the property.
Guests should be respectful to other guests at all times and remain quiet, especially between 10 pm. and 8 am.
No group gatherings in individual rooms are authorized or tolerated.

BEHAVIOR: Guests and visitors should behave appropriately to ensure the safety, comfort, and convenience of other guests within the property. Violation of the internal regulations may result in summary expulsion of the offender at the discretion of the manager.
A violation of the house rules includes loud, offensive, and/or unruly behavior, inappropriate or unbecoming conduct, and any act or omission that, in the opinion of the manager, harms or discredits the manager, owner, or other guests.
If the staff have to wake up in the middle of the night to resolve a problem caused by you, a service charge from $25 to $100 may apply.

PETS: Except for visual and hearing assistance dogs, all animals are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Any guest violating this rule will be evicted immediately and will be required to pay a cleaning fee for any affected furniture.
